With pristine white-sand beaches, numerous waterways throughout the city, a variety of condominiums all over town, and enviable waterfront subdivisions, Orange Beach has experienced a lot of growth recently. Orange Beach sits between Perdido Key, Florida and Gulf Shores, Alabama, both of which area also booming communities gaining popularity and rapidly becoming some of the most notable destinations on the entire Gulf Coast.

Many of the people who come to visit Orange Beach are here to soak up some sun on the beaches, but there are so many things to do in town that they are taken aback by all of their options. Go fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, boat around Bird and Robinson Islands, check out some live music every night and attend the annual Mullet Toss at the Flora-Bama, head over to Gulf State Park to explore the nature trails and see the natural wildlife, or grab some unbelievable fresh seafood at one of the many local restaurants. While Orange Beach is a great vacation destination, it is also an amazing place to live. There are a number of residential subdivisions all over town, many of which are right on the water. The most notable residential area is Ono Island, an exclusive community located on a large barrier island on the Old River.

Turquoise Place is easily the most distinctive condominium in Orange Beach. The condo gets its name from the turquoise-colored glass that runs up the two high-rise towers that sit right on the Gulf of Mexico. One of many Gulf-front condos in Orange Beach, Turquoise Place sets the bar for luxury. The amenity package goes above and beyond the basics and it keeps visitors coming back year after year. Some of Orange Beach’s similar condos include Bella Luna, The Yacht Club, Opal, and Phoenix Orange Beach (still under construction in January 2017).
